What is FitApp?

Fit App is a proprietary technology created by Knot Standard and used for taking digital measurements of customers wishing to create a garment using their unique body measurements. The measurements are created using 2 photos and very complicated algorithm that takes over 100 measurements off your body.

How can I use Fit App for a garment I would like to order on your website?

Easy! Create an account using the ‘Account’ link in the top right corner. By creating an account you will gain access to instructions on how to submit your measurements using Fit App.

Why do I need to create an account?

Your login information, i.e. your email address is what we use as a unique identifier for your unique measurement profile. Once the digital measurements populate, we marry that information back to you and your future orders.

How should I check out on the website if I want to use Fit App?

We recommend creating your ONLIEST™ Account first, following the steps to submit Fit App then completing your purchase while logged into your ONLIEST™ account. Each product has standard size options or a Fit App option. If you select Fit App, we know that you would like to use the digital measurements submitted through Fit App.

How do I submit any changes I would like to make to my measurements?

Once you receive your garment, be sure to try it on within a few days of receiving it. It is not uncommon to want to make changes to your fit. In fact, about 50% of first time orders require one or multiple changes to get the fit just right. If you would like to make changes, please continue to the Fit Feedback Form to get started. Someone from our team is always here to help and will be reaching out as soon as we receive your form submission.
